As a little girl Sarah was obsessed with finding treasure, she found that the soil in her garden was rich in treasure, full of broken pottery pieces, bits of glass and a lot of lovely little worms.

As an adult she discovered that charity shops, second-hand shops, car boot sales, bead shops and even Brighton beach were also rich in treasure. Combining her love of treasure and art she has been creating art pieces using just beads and buttons for 2 years now.

“I’m actually breathless with their beauty. All produced with found objects, the Pug is like looking at a Gustav Klimt. Painting with pearls.”
